- Full responsibility for all sales, operations, resources and customer service within the branch to ensure we hit daily sales targets and operational KPIs.

- Ensure compliance with Health and Safety and branch standards, leading from the front to drive a safety‑first culture.

- Average of 46 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8am‑6pm and alternate Saturdays 8am‑4pm.
- Leadership experience.
