Key Responsibilities
  • Leading and motivating a large team to put their best foot forward, including line management responsibility for the branch team.
  • Full responsibility for all sales, operations, resources and customer service within the branch to ensure we hit daily sales targets and operational KPIs.
  • Daily involvement in HR, performance management, succession planning and recruitment – our people are our most valuable asset.
  • Ensure compliance with Health and Safety and branch standards, leading from the front to drive a safety‑first culture.
  • Actively demonstrate behaviour in line with our Company core values.
  • Promote a customer‑focused mindset within the branch.
  • Work collaboratively with field‑based teams to maximize customer opportunity.
  • Average of 46 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8am‑6pm and alternate Saturdays 8am‑4pm.

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to develop customer relationships and drive customer connectivity.
