Hales Group is proud to be recruiting for a leading engineering company in Lowestoft, renowned for its precision manufacturing and innovative approach.

This is an excellent opportunity for a CNC Machinist to join a dynamic workshop team and contribute to the production of high-quality, bespoke components.

Key Responsibilities  
Operate CNC and manual machines (milling and turning) to produce precision components.
Interpret technical drawings and ensure parts meet exact specifications.
Assist with mechanical assembly and quality inspection of finished products.
Create and edit CNC programs (training provided if required).
Work independently and as part of a team to meet production targets.
Maintain compliance with ISO 9001 standards and health & safety procedures.
Occasionally liaise with customers and suppliers.
Van driving duties may be required.  What We’re Looking For  
Experience or formal qualifications in CNC and manual machining.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to work on own initiative and within a team.
Full, clean driving licence preferred.
