Location: Within a 90‑minute travel radius of your home (applicants must reside within Lowestoft)

Salary: From £27,965 + £4,200 per annum car allowance + uncapped monthly bonus as a guide our current Field team earn monthly bonuses from £200‑£400 Earnings Potential: Up to £35,765 per year (inclusive of car allowance)
Hours: Flexible, 40 hours per week (including prime hours)
No Warrant Work Involved

As a Field Collections Agent, you'll be the friendly face of Orbit, meeting customers at their homes to help them find a way forward with their finances. You’ll offer empathy, guidance, and practical solutions that make a real difference.

• Visit customers to resolve outstanding arrears and discuss payment options
• Handle accounts for both regulated and non‑regulated clients. This will include reconnection visits
• Accept payments, set up repayment plans, and re‑engage customers with client services
• Educate customers about the potential consequences of non‑payment
• Use an Orbit‑supplied iPad to update account outcomes in real time

We offer a 40‑hour work week with a supportive approach to work‑life balance. Your visits will be scheduled across the following operating window:

• 40 hours per week required, operating hours are Monday–Friday visiting between 8am–8pm and Saturday 9am‑1pm
• 10 of your 40 hours must be worked during prime hours. Prime hours are 4pm‑8pm Monday and Saturday 9am‑1pm.
