As a Trainee Lettings Negotiator at Howards Estate Agents in Lowestoft you will receive:

• £28,000 OTE per year
• Uncapped commission
• Full‑time working hours: 8:30 am to 6:00 pm four weekdays per week, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm every Saturday

Your journey as a Trainee Lettings Negotiator will begin with two weeks at the Spicerhaart Learning & Development Centre:

• Purpose‑built training location
• Industry‑leading training through one‑to‑one and group sessions
• Day‑to‑day learning led by our industry experts
• Fully paid hotel stay during training in Colchester*
• Breakfast, lunch and an evening meal provided during your stay*

How you will make an impact as a Trainee Lettings Negotiator at Howards Estate Agents in Lowestoft:

• Market properties to potential tenants
• Arrange and conduct property viewings
• Negotiate offers
• Agree new tenancies
• Generate new leads through canvassing, door knocking, and leaflet dropping
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
• Continue your training and development, with close support from your mentor
