Senior Account Manager Customer Support

Your Tasks

• Manage customer contracts and support complex programs throughout their lifecycle
• Drive cost control, profitability, and guarantee risk management and contractual compliance
• Identify and secure new aftermarket business opportunities by leading commercial negotiations for new contracts and amendments
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver customer commitments
• Act as the trusted commercial interface between Pilatus and the customer

With this you convince us

• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent qualification, combined with a minimum of 6 years of experience in the aerospace industry or a comparable sector
• Proven track record in account management, contract management, and business development, with demonstrated success in driving customer growth and business performance
• Strong commercial, financial expertise, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships
• Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is considered an asset
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong customer-centric approach and a passion for delivering value to customers
