Blockchain Developer

We are seeking a skilled Blockchain Developer experienced in building, securing, and maintaining blockchain-based networks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and developing decentralized systems, ensuring data security through cryptography, and implementing advanced blockchain solutions aligned with business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, implement, and deploy secure blockchain-based applications and networks.
• Analyze blockchain technology requirements, customize frameworks, and manage deployments and maintenance.
• Develop features, smart contracts, and multithreaded code using C++, Java, Python, Java Script , and Go Lang (preferred).
• Apply advanced cryptography techniques to safeguard digital transactions and data integrity.
• Collaborate with managers and cross-functional teams to assess blockchain use cases and predict technical capabilities.
• Maintain both client-side and server-side blockchain applications ensuring high performance.
• Optimize blockchain performance and security by integrating new tools and emerging technologies.
• Document development processes and enforce best practices in data protection and blockchain compliance.
• Stay updated with evolving blockchain protocols, cryptography methods, and emerging consensus models.
• Prepare and maintain work breakdown structures to ensure predictable delivery and quality outcomes.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's / Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Security, or related fields.
• 2-5 years of hands-on experience in Blockchain Engineering or Decentralized Application Development.
• Strong programming experience with C++, Java, Python, and Java Script ; Go Lang preferred.
• Solid understanding of algorithms, data structures, and back-end development.
• Proficiency in cryptography, blockchain protocols, and decentralized architectures.
• Experience with Ethereum Smart Contracts, Solidity, Multi Sig Wallets, and DApp frameworks preferred.
• Knowledge of Dash-based chains, Master nodes, and Staking nodes is advantageous.
• Familiarity with Bitcoin Core or TRON ecosystems is a plus.
• TDD (Test-Driven Development) mindset with experience writing secure, optimized contract code.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Fluent in English and able to collaborate with globally distributed teams.
