Job Requirements:

• Highly skilled Cloud Engineer with 6+ years of experience on implementing cloud-based solutions
• Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure concepts, including virtualization, Networking, load balancer, etc.
• Extensive experience on Azure Governance & Cost Management, Azure Network & Security, Azure Active Directory, Compute & Storage, Backup, DR, Monitoring and IAC
• Cross skilled expertise on OS (Windows/Linux Administration), Backup & Database (This is must)
• Participate in internal and customer meetings
• Troubleshoot and resolve cloud infrastructure and other operations related issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business
• Develop and maintain Automation scripts using Azure Dev Ops, Power Shell, ARM templates and other automation frameworks to streamline provisioning, configuration and other infra related task.
• Troubleshoot and identify performance, connectivity and other issues for the applications hosted in Azure platform
• Having extensive understand on ITSM process for Changes, incident & problem Management
• Work on critical, highly complex issues to troubleshoot and provide RCA reports
• Passion for customers and focus on delivering the right customer experience
