* Role description
We are seeking a  full-time reformer pilates instructor based in lucknow  with a strong background in yoga. The selected candidate will undergo structured in-house training on reformer pilates and, after successful completion, will be responsible for independently conducting client sessions.

A yoga foundation is essentia l to ensure a smooth transition into becoming proficient in pilates, particularly for understanding body alignment, breath control, flexibility, and safe movement patterns.

Key responsibilities  include conducting one-on-one and group reformer pilates sessions, ensuring safe and effective use of equipment, customising workouts based on individual client needs, maintaining a professional and motivating training environment, and tracking client progress with consistent feedback.

Qualifications
Certified yoga instructor with solid teaching experience
Strong interest in transitioning into reformer pilates and building a long-term career in this domain
Willingness to undergo professional reformer pilates training and subsequently train clients independently
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to create a safe, engaging, and supportive training environment
Fitness or wellness certifications are an advantage
