We offer AD consultancy services including DSEAR assessments, site surveys, process and equipment selection reviews, design and implementation of plant upgrades, and major AD plant upgrades for our clients. We also deliver mechanical, biological and operational support for many AD plants throughout the UK.

Main

Purpose of the Job

Assist with the day‑to‑day planned preventative maintenance and functionality requirements of operating anaerobic digesters.

Specific Responsibilities
  • Carry out maintenance on anaerobic digestion plants throughout the United Kingdom.
  • Monitor and diagnose problems using the plant operation system.
  • Assist in setup of associated systems and conduct repairs/adjustments when necessary.
  • Maintain feeding, heating and pumping systems to ensure correct and efficient operation.
  • Inspect and test alarm and functionality systems.
  • Follow safe systems of work and procedures.
  • Keep client sites clean and tidy.
  • Complete paperwork as required by the Maintenance Manager.
  • Take samples as required and advised by the Biological Support Team.
Skills and Experience
  • Proven experience as a maintenance technician.
  • Basic understanding of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and other systems.
  • Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods.
  • Working knowledge of tools, common appliances and devices.
  • Manual dexterity and problem‑solving skills.
  • Hold a full license.
