UIUX Designer

We founded GoCalma in 2025 and were headquartered in Zug with offices in Lugano and Lausanne. We're on a mission to simplify the personal office in order to transform stacks of paperwork into clarity. We give people a clear overview, explain financial matters in simple terms and help them to feel confident in managing their present and future.

We are looking for the first team members to join our startup and work with us on this mission. As an early team member you will be able to shape the company and create real impact.

Goals of this role:

• Own and elevate the visual identity of our mobile apps
• Create intuitive and delightful user experiences
• Optimize and validate the user journey

• Take our existing screens and flows to the next level:
  Own the look, feel and polish.
• Create delightful, seamless experiences through thoughtful interactions and light animations.
• Enhance the B2C journey and deliver interactive prototypes that bring ideas to life in user testing.

We expect a solid track record in B2C mobile apps, strong Figma (or similar) skills plus motion/interaction design know‑how. You have an eye for clean, elegant and consistent UI.
