A standout opportunity to join a leading managing agent at a major, high‑footfall shopping centre. This role is perfect for someone stepping into commercialisation or looking to grow within one of the sector’s fastest‑expanding disciplines.

You’ll drive income across kiosks, pop‑ups, media, vending, services and new initiatives, shaping the centre’s commercial offer and delivering visible impact every day.

• Identify new commercial opportunities – Source brands, approach partners, unlock under‑used spaces and introduce income‑generating concepts.
• Manage day‑to‑day activity – Negotiate terms, coordinate bookings and produce accurate leases, agreements and documentation.
• Build key relationships – Act as the on‑site contact for traders and partners, working closely with centre management to ensure seamless delivery.
• Own the numbers – Support budgets and forecasts, track income performance and assist with debt management.
• Drive quality & innovation – Benchmark against the market, spot improvements and ensure compliance with operational and safety standards.

Up to £35,000 (with flexibility for exceptional candidates) plus a £3,000 annual car allowance.
