Join our highly regarded legal team, where you will provide vital legal support across various business functions, including Strategy, Treasury, Fleet, Engineering & Maintenance, and Facilities. This is an exciting opportunity for a mid‑level lawyer looking to broaden their experience and thrive in an intellectually stimulating environment.

As a Legal Advisor, you will:

• Provide end‑to‑end support for the procurement of goods and services, particularly in engineering and maintenance
• Advise on fleet transactions and support strategic corporate projects such as acquisitions and partnerships
• Assist the Treasury team with payment arrangements and financing
• Manage our extensive property portfolio, negotiating leases and resolving disputes
• Collaborate with the Senior Legal Leadership Team on continuous improvement initiatives

• A commercial lawyer with experience in engineering, maintenance, aerospace, or similar industries
• In‑house experience is desirable
• Strong prioritisation skills and the ability to manage competing demands
• A proactive, self‑motivated approach with a knack for finding solutions
• Excellent relationship‑building skills and the ability to establish trust at all levels

This full‑time role will be based in Luton and will be 40 hours per week. We support hybrid working and we spend 60% of our time per month in the office.
