Up to £65,000 plus £5,000 car allowance

Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM (flexibility available)

The Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Site Manager to lead design and build new build and refurbishment projects within 1.5 hours of Luton. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a family-run contractor with a proud reputation for delivering high-quality projects and maintaining a great work-life balance.

Responsibilities

* Ensure safe systems of work and compliance with health and safety standards

* Drive site productivity and ensure timely project completion

* Manage activities to meet contract and cost constraints

* Minimize environmental and community impact

* Coordinate stakeholders and maintain strong communication

* Deliver projects to the highest quality standards

Requirements

* Proven experience with general contractors on projects up to £5m

* Strong background in refurbishment (mixed experience is a plus)

* Excellent knowledge of health and safety and ISO standards

* Leadership, organisational, and communication skills

* SMSTS and First Aid certification

* Black CSCS card (construction-related NVQ at Level 5, 6, or
7)
