We’re recruiting a Roofing Estimator to join our team, replacing an outgoing team member and continuing the high standards within our roofing division.

Coulsdon or Toddington

This role is essential to maintaining the quality, consistency and commercial accuracy our clients expect and we want someone who genuinely wants to make a positive impact from day one.

What we’re looking for:

• Exceptional attention to detail

• Strong technical roofing background (flat, pitched, industrial, commercial)

• Commercially sharp with solid BOQ and tendering experience

• Process-driven, organised and consistent

• Someone motivated to uphold and enhance our standards

What you’ll be doing :

• Preparing accurate roofing tenders from enquiry through to submission

• Working closely with our Projects, Commercial & Preconstruction teams

• Engaging with trusted suppliers and subcontractors

• Supporting continuous improvement across our roofing operations
