Hire Coordinator - Luton – Fusion Utilities Hire

• Managing a busy centralised inbox and answering the phones, responding to customer queries
• Liaising with engineers and the transport team to ensure equipment is delivered or collected from our customers at a suitable time
• Making outbound calls to check in on customers and managing the breakdown of equipment – arranging for engineers to go on site and fix the equipment
• General administration duties
• Providing customer service behind the trading counter

This is a full‑time, permanent role working 42.5 hours per week Monday to Friday between 7.30am – 5.00pm.

• Hire experience is desirable
• Excellent communication, decision‑making, and problem‑solving skills
• Exceptional customer service skills – it is key that our customers feel supported throughout their journey
• Comfortable and able to work in a fast‑paced environment
