Salary/Package: £80,000 - £85,000 basic + Car Allowance + Benefits

As a senior member of our team, you'll manage commercial sprinkler contracts from inception to completion, ensuring timely, on-budget, high-quality delivery.

• Manage 1–2 commercial sprinkler contracts across London.
• Oversee project planning, budgeting, and scheduling to ensure successful delivery.
• Build strong relationships with clients.
• Ensure compliance with British Standards (BS EN 12845), LPCB, and industry regulations.
• Provide technical expertise and problem-solving support throughout the project lifecycle.

• Proven experience managing commercial fire sprinkler contracts in the UK.
• Strong knowledge of BS EN 12845, LPCB, and other relevant regulations.
• Exceptional project management, budgeting, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with clients, consultants, and site teams.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Relevant industry qualifications (e.g., LPCB competency, SMSTS, CSCS) are desirable.
