Role Summary

JSS Tax are hiring for an EMEA Tax Manager for a leading multinational manufacturing company based in Luton (supporting flexible working). This newly‑created permanent full‑time role pays circa £80k‑£100k plus bonus/benefits package. Working closely with the UK Finance Director and country finance leads, the EMEA Tax Manager will be responsible for looking after all the tax affairs of the group in EMEA, covering both direct and indirect taxes.

Responsibilities

Tax Advisory / Business Partnering
Tax Planning
Tax Compliance (largely review of outsourced compliance)
Tax Reporting
Tax and Finance project work

Qualifications

• Experienced tax specialist with international tax experience gained either from practice or industry.

• Experience in both direct and indirect tax is ideal but not mandatory.

• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills for business partnering.

• Commercial mindset.
