Senior Recruitment Consultant

Redline is a premium brand in the High-Technology recruitment sector for contract and permanent talent across Engineering/R&D, Operations & Manufacturing, Sales, Marketing and Senior Management. We are experiencing high demand for our services due to further expansion within our existing client base and a portfolio of new accounts and require Contract Recruitment Consultants to support our expansion. Dedicated 360 recruiters are needed to work with well‑established teams. At Redline we provide our customers with the best recruitment experience possible and need to expand into a variety of different teams across our business.

• You should have a demonstrable track record of revenue generation, ideally in the technology sector although this is not essential.
• You should have an eye for detail, be customer oriented and possess excellent communication skills.
• As well as creating the daily environment for success, we offer regular monthly, quarterly and 6‑monthly individual and team incentives, including; early finish Friday, Monthly nights out and quarterly target‑achievement celebrations.

• Experience in recruitment, preferably in the technology sector.

• Customer‑oriented approach.

• Experience in a 360 recruitment role.
