We’re looking for an IT Systems Engineer to support and maintain our internal network and infrastructure, ensuring smooth operations across the business.

As an IT Systems Engineer, you’ll be part of a collaborative team where your technical expertise will help drive efficiency and innovation. You’ll work with a mix of office-based and remote users, providing 1st and 2nd line support and exploring opportunities to integrate AI-driven tools and automation.

Key Responsibilities:

* Maintain and administer computer networks, systems software, and hardware

* Set up new starters and conduct IT inductions

* Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues

* Implement network security measures and perform data backups

* Support Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Syspro, SQL databases, and data integration

* Assist with AI-powered tools and automation initiatives

Requirements:

* Strong understanding of network infrastructure and hardware

* Experience with Microsoft 365 Admin Centre, Windows Server, VMware/Hyper-V

* Network security knowledge

* Excellent problem-solving and documentation skills

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Desirable:

* Experience with Syspro, SQL, VB scripting, Power BI

* Exposure to AI tools and automation platforms
