Jet holidays. It powers voice, chat, payments, and the integrations our teams rely on every day. As we grow, we need someone who can keep this platform running smoothly, develop it further, and help shape what it becomes next.
We’re looking for an Amazon Connect Administrator who will be responsible for the health of the platform, performance, and evolution. You’ll make sure it’s reliable, secure, and ready to handle the scale of our growing holidays business.
You’ll be the of how Amazon Connect works and how it should be used. You’ll support our user community, guide people through changes, and keep access and permissions in good shape.
You’ll manage day to day operations, resolve issues quickly, and act as the escalation point for more complex problems. You’ll work closely with
AWS and our support partners to keep everything running. You’ll also play a key role in platform change, configuring new features, building and refining IVR journeys, managing integrations, and supporting product teams as they develop new capabilities. You’ll make sure every change is delivered smoothly, documented clearly, and aligned with security and data standards.
You’ll produce reporting and dashboards that gives our operation teams the insights they need, help us understand how the platform is performing and highlight opportunities to improve contact centre efficiency.
This is a role for someone who enjoys being close to the tech, close to the users, and at the centre of how we keep the customer experience running smoothly.
What you’ll bring to the team:We’re looking for an experienced Amazon Connect Administrator (or a similar cloud based contact centre platform), and somebody who understands how contact centre technologies come together behind the scenes, and knows how IVRs work, how routing should behave, and how voice and chat services link into wider systems.
You’re confident working with AWS services and have a good grasp of the tools that support Amazon Connect. You understand telephony and VoIP technologies and can troubleshoot issues with clarity and pace.
You’re comfortable with data and know how to use reporting tools to surface trends and insights. You communicate clearly and engage well with stakeholders at all levels, and can explain technical detail in a simple, practical way and build trust across technical teams, operations, and senior leaders.
You’ve work well with third-party partners and can hold them accountable while maintaining good relationships, you stay curious about new AWS capabilities, including emerging AI technologies, and you’re interested in how they could shape the future of our platform.

The role is full-time and based at our easy
Jet holidays HQ near Luton Airport. We operate a hybrid working model of 3 days per week in the office.
