ESG & Sustainability Transformation Lead – Contract
£700p / day | Outside IR35 | Mostly Remote
LocationLuton & Cambridge (ad hoc travel, 1–2 days per week as required)
Job OverviewExperienced ESG & Sustainability Transformation Lead required for a global sustainability and SAP-enabled transformation programme. The role focuses on aligning a digital sustainability platform with BAU sustainability operations, supporting Mexico deployment and UK readiness activities.
Key responsibilities- Align digital sustainability solutions with BAU sustainability processes
- Support Mexico deployment, UAT closure, and go‑live readiness
- Coordinate across sustainability, technology, build, and BAU teams
- Define roles and responsibilities at go‑live
- Support UK design and build readiness activities
- ESG strategy, compliance, and non‑financial reporting
- Large‑scale technology / SAP transformation programmes
- Ideally, strong SAP knowledge (transactions, reporting, data integration)
- Global, cross‑functional stakeholder management
- Proven delivery and project leadership
- Excellent communication skills
