Role Description

This is a full‑time on‑site role as a Director based in Luton. The Director will be responsible for overseeing the day‑to‑day operations of the company, ensuring alignment with Promptmove’s strategic goals and maintaining the highest standards of service in the real estate sector. Responsibilities include leading and motivating the team, driving business growth, managing budgets and resources efficiently, and building strong customer relationships.

Additionally, the Director will work closely with team members to develop innovative strategies for marketing, sales, and property management while ensuring compliance and promoting team development.

  • Experience in sales, property management, and business development within the real estate industry
  • Proficiency in digital marketing, social media management, and developing online strategies
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities
  • Proven problem‑solving skills and a track record of delivering high‑quality results
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple responsibilities
  • Knowledge of property legislation and regulatory requirements is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
