We are seeking a hands‑on Maintenance Engineer to join an international manufacturer based in Houghton Regis. This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive team where staff enjoy long careers, career progression, and continuous skills development.

The role is open to both mechanical bias and electrical bias engineers, but you must have proven experience maintaining production machinery in a manufacturing environment.

• Carrying out planned preventive maintenance (PPM)
• Attending breakdowns in a fast‑paced production environment
• Hands‑on electrical or mechanical fault finding and repair
• Using initiative to resolve issues quickly and minimise downtime
• Adhering to site health & safety requirements

• Recognised qualification or apprenticeship in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Proven track record as a Maintenance Engineer within manufacturing/production
• Practical hands‑on experience with machinery on production lines
• Full rights to work in the UK
