Lead the development and ongoing enhancement of Global Manufacturing Excellence standards for Business Management by actively gathering and incorporating feedback from regional teams and external best practices. Ensure standards remain relevant, practical, and aligned with global objectives, driving consistency, continuous improvement, and operational excellence across all sites.
Key Responsibilities- Create, update, maintain and continuously improve the Global Manufacturing Excellence standards for Business Management.
- Assess and review plant-submitted improvement ideas to support the Good and Best Practice process and drive enhancement of global standard.
- Coordinate PDCA improvements with global teams and stakeholders, leading cross-functional collaboration to drive sustainable improvements and alignment across functions.
- Scan external sources and industry best practices to identify opportunities for enhancement and innovation.
- Lead cross-functional discussions to validate proposed changes and ensure alignment across functions and regions.
- Implement and manage a structured feedback system to pilot suggested improvements before global rollout.
- Manage the lifecycle of Business Management standard documentation, including version control, governance, and communication of updates.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying gaps, tracking progress, and guiding adoption of standards.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Science, Business, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience leading cross-functional teams and driving change management initiatives.
- Demonstrated skills in verbal, written, organizational, and communication areas.
- Working knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles and methodologies.
- Working knowledge of Power BI, SharePoint, Microsoft Office, Document Management.
- Fluent in both written and spoken English.
