Maintenance Engineer – FMCG Manufacturing £45,000 – £50,000  Excellent Benefits | Monday to Friday (Days) | Luton, Bedfordshire Are you an experienced Maintenance Engineer looking for a Monday to Friday, days-only role within a rapidly growing FMCG manufacturing business in the Luton / Bedfordshire area , where your skills are valued and career progression is genuine? We are working with a well-established and expanding manufacturer seeking skilled Maintenance Engineers to support a modern, high-volume FMCG production site in Luton, Bedfordshire .

The Role Operating within a fast-paced FMCG environment, you'll be responsible for a balanced mix of Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and Reactive Maintenance , ensuring machinery and production lines run safely, efficiently, and with minimal downtime. Key responsibilities will include:
Carrying out planned maintenance on a range of automated manufacturing and packaging equipment Responding to breakdowns and fault-finding in a time-critical production environment Supporting continuous improvement and reliability initiatives Working closely with production teams to maintain output and quality standards This role is Monday to Friday, days only , offering excellent work–life balance and routine working hours.
