We’re hiring:
Marketing Manager (with acquisition)

We’re excited to be partnering with a super exciting retail & ecommerce brand that’s on a strong growth journey. They’re looking for a Dynamic Marketing Manager to join their team and play a key role in driving customer growth and market expansion.

What you’ll be doing :

• Managing the agency who will be responsible for paid media campaigns to boost acquisition
• Shaping creative content strategies that engage and convert alongside the agency
• Driving website optimisation for seamless customer journeys
• Considering other marketing strategies such as Direct Marketing, PR and Influencers

What you’ll bring:

• Proven experience in D2C marketing (including acquisition and ideally some Tik Tok skills)
• A track record of delivering growth-focused campaigns
• Fresh ideas, creativity, and ambition (and experience in META campaigns)
• A collaborative mindset – you’ll be an integral part of a passionate marketing team

📍 Based in Luton with hybrid working (3 to 4 days in the office)
