haart Estate Agents in Luton is hiring a Trainee Lettings Negotiator to join our successful team. No experience required — we provide full training, ongoing support, and clear career progression. • £28,000 OTE per year
• Uncapped commission
• Full‑time: 8:30 am‑6 pm Monday‑Thursday, 9 am‑5 pm Saturday
