haart Estate Agents in Luton is hiring a Trainee Lettings Negotiator to join our successful team. No experience required — we provide full training, ongoing support, and clear career progression. Salary & Hours- £28,000 OTE per year
- Uncapped commission
- Full‑time: 8:30 am‑6 pm Monday‑Thursday, 9 am‑5 pm Saturday
- Purpose‑built training location
- Industry‑leading training delivered through one‑to‑one and group sessions
- Day‑to‑day learning led by our industry experts
- Fully‑paid hotel stay for the duration of your training at our Learning & Development Centre in Colchester*
- Breakfast, lunch and an evening meal provided during your stay*
- 30 days annual leave (includes bank holidays*)
- Enrollment at the Spicerhaart Learning & Development Centre
- Continued training as you grow and develop within your role
- Fully‑funded training course to help you achieve a nationally recognised qualification within the property industry, including ARLA membership

- Arrange and conduct property viewings

- Full UK driving licence must be for a manual or automatic car
