• Ensure effective information sharing and safety planning with key stakeholders.
• Lead the High Risk Complex Case Panel meetings with authority and precision.
• Prepare comprehensive risk assessments and case papers for review by the multiagency panel.
• Facilitate the flow of information and engagement between partner organisations and the panel.
• Act as the conduit between the High Risk Complex Case Panel and local organisations to manage cases diligently.
• Maintain accurate and timely records of each case securely and systematically.
• Positively promote the High Risk Complex Case Panel to both internal and external colleagues.
• Collaborate with decision-makers across the partnership for resource commitment towards risk reduction for adults at risk.
• Work effectively with other council services and external organisations, including the Integrated Care Board, Bedfordshire Police, probation services, and voluntary organisations, to deliver improved, integrated services to individuals.
