• Lead the design and implementation of scalable software solutions.
• Oversee the full software development lifecycle, ensuring high standards of code quality and system reliability.
• Provide technical mentorship and leadership to develop the skills of junior team members.
• Engage in strategic planning of technology roadmaps, assessment and integration of new technologies.
• Advocate for and implement continuous improvement practices in software development.

• Proficiency in .NET, .NET Core, Node.js, and front‑end technologies (React/Angular/jQuery).
• Experience with CMS like Sitecore, HTML/CSS, and CSS frameworks.
• Familiarity with GIT, Team City, and Agile development practices.
• Strong background in TDD and BDD.
• Experience in high‑transaction, high‑availability enterprise environments.
• Proficient in cloud technologies, preferably AWS.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
