Driver – Ocado Logistics

Join Ocado Logistics as a Customer Service Team Member delivering top‑quality products on time and building a friendly customer experience each week.

• Operate and pre‑load the delivery van using automated route planning.

• Drive through evenings and weekends as well as weekdays to meet customer delivery times.

• Maintain all safety and hygiene standards while on the road.

• Full UK or EU driving licence.
• Minimum 6 months of driving experience (12 months desirable).
• Maximum 6 penalty points.
• No driving disqualifications in the past 5 years.

Some deliveries involve alcohol so you must be over 18. Good communication skills are essential.

Permanent, 40 hours weekly (paid breaks). Available any 5 days of 7 with a 13‑week rota. AM & PM shifts – start as early as 05:30, finish as late as 12:00 (midnight).

Hourly base rate £13.04;
Evening premium £1.12 from 6pm;
Sunday day premium £1.30;
Sunday evening premium £2.54. Overtime Monday‑Saturday day shift £16.30, evening shift £17.70. Pay is lunar, paid every 4 weeks.
