As a Warehouse Assistant based in Luton, you’ll be responsible for:

• General Warehouse duties.
• Picking and packing stock, which will involve some heavy lifting.
• Loading / unloading vehicles safely.
• Ensuring the workplace is tidy and adheres to our health and safety procedures.
• Supporting the Trade Counter as required, providing exceptional customer service at all times.

This is a full‑time, permanent role working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday between 07:00‑17:00 with a 1‑hour break. No weekend work required.

• A positive attitude and a willingness to learn, including the completion of necessary training.
• Confidence when engaging with customers and delivering outstanding customer service.
• Experience working in a warehouse.
