Position: CPCS 360 Excavator Operator
F  Construction Recruitment Limited is recruiting an experienced CPCS 360 Excavator Operator to join a major long-term construction programme near Fordingbridge.

Role & Responsibilities
As a 360 Excavator Operator, your duties will include:

* Operating 360 excavators safely and efficiently up to required tonnage

* Excavation for drainage, foundations, ducting, and utilities

* Assisting with bulk earthworks and trenching operations

* Supporting groundworks and civils teams as needed

* Loading and offloading materials

* Working around live services and within a controlled water industry environment

* Daily machine checks, maintenance, and reporting defects

* Adhering to all site health & safety procedures and environmental regulations
Requirements

* Valid CPCS Blue 360 Excavator Card

* Proven experience operating 360 excavators on civil engineering projects

* Experience on water treatment or utilities sites is advantageous

* Ability to work safely in a high-risk environment

* Strong teamwork and communication skills
