Hampshire – New Forest
£55,000 – £75,000 + Company Vehicle for Business Use + Flexible/Hybrid Working + Bonus Potential DOE + Company Benefits
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Chartered Building Surveyor to join a well established multi disciplinary practice with a strong reputation for delivering high quality surveying and project consultancy services. The company works across a wide range of sectors including residential, commercial, and mixed use developments, providing expert advice on building pathology, project management, and construction consultancy.

The Role
Work independently across a range of residential and commercial property projects
Undertake surveys, inspections and prepare detailed reports
Provide professional advice on building pathology, maintenance and construction
Manage projects from inception through to completion
Liaise with clients, contractors and other consultants About You
Chartered Building Surveyor (MRICS)
