We're looking for a Senior Care Assistant to work for our clients in New Milton on a temporary adhoc basis.

Key Responsibilities:

In this Senior Care Assistant role, you'll:

Providing hands-on personal care, leading/supervising care workers, developing/reviewing care plans, monitoring resident's health, administering medication (where trained), liaising with families and professionals, and organising activities, focusing on dignity, independence, and high-quality, person-centred support while taking on shift responsibilities.

What we're looking for:

Previous experience as a Senior Care Assistant or Senior Carer.

An Enhanced Adult DBS (in date or on the update service)

Medication administration training & experience

NVQ Level 3 in health and social care is preffered.
