Where

will you end up?

At Spangenberg Group, in Maastricht. We have all kinds of clients whom we help with their customer service. Usually, companies hire us because we are just really good at doing customer service. We are not that big, but very cosy. The atmosphere is informal and because we are a family business, the dynamics are often just that little bit (read: completely) different from larger companies.

Our contact centre is run by brother and sister Floris and Clair Spangenberg, aka the bosses. They are supported by the operations boss. That sounds like a lot of bosses, but at our headquarters in Maastricht you mainly notice the short lines of communication and informal atmosphere within our team. The doors are always open, we don't like long meetings, and everyone is allowed to be themselves.

And for a client who has French‑speaking customers. Don't worry: you don't have to fly down the aisles in a cape or flex your muscles in a cool pose to be a real hero for us.

Job requirements

You:

  • You are an enthusiastic go‑getter;
  • masters the Dutch language perfectly;
  • Mastered the French language perfectly;
  • Are available for 12 to 40 hours a week;
  • likes to work flexible hours, but standard office hours are also a possibility;
  • have an even greater advantage if you already have at least 1 year of customer contact experience. This could easily include hospitality or another service profession.
