Content and PR Officer

We’re looking for a creative and proactive Content & PR Officer to support the delivery of our corporate communications and PR activity. As part of a growing communications function aligned with Elior Group-level strategies, you’ll help raise our brand visibility across multiple channels. From crafting compelling content to supporting media relations, managing websites, and driving social media engagement, you’ll play a key role in shaping how we tell our story.

Content Creation & Management

• Develop and manage website content in line with Elior Group’s centralised strategy.
• Create engaging written and visual content to support areas including business development, food strategy, chef profiling, and social media campaigns.
• Coordinate and produce regular client newsletters, including content gathering, writing, and formatting.
• Capture and edit photography and video content suitable for social media and web platforms.

Public Relations & Media Engagement

• Support PR delivery, including drafting press materials, liaising with Elior’s PR agency, and managing media coverage reporting.
• Assist with external award submissions to enhance our brand visibility and positioning.

Social Media Management

• Manage and grow our presence across Linked In, Facebook, and Instagram, while exploring emerging platforms such as Tik Tok.
• Plan and schedule content to maintain consistent and impactful brand messaging.

Campaign Support

• Contribute to PR and communications campaigns supporting key brand initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure timely, effective campaign execution.

Working pattern: Monday to Friday with hybrid working

• Strong writing and editing skills, with excellent attention to detail and a confident tone of voice.
• Experience producing content for digital platforms, including social media and websites.
• Understanding of PR principles and experience supporting media engagement.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• A creative mindset, with experience in visual content creation (photography or video) considered a bonus.
