Position: Revit Technician (Permanent)
Revit Technician - Macclesfield | Hybrid Working | 8am-4pm Core Hours

Join our dynamic Asset Information Team, where your expertise will directly support the Facilities Management of a diverse and expansive asset portfolio.

We're looking for someone who's not just technically capable, but passionate about creating and maintaining high-quality Building Information Models that make a real impact.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Revit/BIM Technician, you'll:

Create, edit, and manage modelled information using Revit.
Ensure all updates are accurately transmitted to the Common Data Environment (CDE) and accessible to end users.
Conduct site surveys to validate existing or newly acquired data.
Develop content that aligns with company standards and best practices.

What We're Looking For

We'd love to hear from you if you have experience with:

ACC/BIM 360 Cloud Environment
ISO
19650 Suite and modelling best practices
Navisworks for clash detection and model coordination
Drawing/document control and COBie data population
AutoCAD and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) engineering
