* Job Responsibilities:

*** Design, implement, and maintain enterprise IT Systems including servers, storage, virtualization and cloud infrastructure.
* Lead and manage IT Infrastructure projects ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.
* Develop and maintain documentation for systems architecture, configuration and procedures
* Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and other core infrastructure services.
* Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration
* Administer virtualization platforms (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V) and cloud services (e.g., Azure, AWS).
* Monitor system performance and availability.
* Collaborate with security teams to ensure compliance with security policies, standards and best practices.
* Evaluate and monitor to improve operational efficiency and scalability.* ##
** Required Qualifications**  + Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent experience.  + Preferred 5+ years of experience in systems engineering or infrastructure design and support.  + Demonstrated success in planning and executing Server OS upgrades, refreshes, and data center migrations  + Proven experience managing complex IT projects from initiation to closure.  + Ability to assess and validate application compatibility during server transitions  + Deep knowledge of virtualization technologies and cloud platforms.  

+ Strong understanding of networking and security best practices.  + Familiarity with scripting (Power Shell, Bash, Python) for automation.  + Excellent communication and documentation skills.  + Experience in global or multi-site environments
** Preferred Qualifications
*** MCSA/MCSE, VMware VCP, or AWS/Azure certifications.
* Experience with configuration management tools
* Exposure to Dev Ops practices and CI/CD pipelines.
