Full time permanent position in Macclesfield Support Centre. Salary up to £27,675 per annum plus benefits.

Metro Rod works with Tesco, Marks and Spencer, Mitie, Clarion, Axa, Wetherspoons and many more in FM, Social Housing, Property Management, Retail, Industrial and Leisure sectors.

What does it entail?
You will manage an extensive ledger on a day-to-day basis to ensure maximum cash collection, whilst highlighting and managing potential financial risk to the business.

This role requires someone proactive, confident and thorough. It involves frequent difficult conversations with customers over the phone and working to strict SLA’s and KPI’s.

• Experienced Credit Controller
• Sage 200 experience
• Previous experience within an office/call centre environment
• Driven and keen interest in cash collection and debt reduction
• KPI / results driven
• Ability to multi-task
• Advanced literacy and numeracy
• Advanced IT skills
• Resilience – able to have tough conversations
• Ability to build rapport quickly
• Ability to work under pressure to tight timescales
• Ability to make clear decisions / think clearly when under pressure
