Support Worker (Complex Service) – SIS Macclesfield
Base pay range:
Competitive salary – £14.50 p/h days and £15 p/h nights. Joining bonus of £300. Additional benefits include career development, skill enhancement, pension scheme, healthcare benefits, enhanced DBS paid for by SIS (T&C's Apply), and a £350 referral bonus.
The Role
Working with a multi‑disciplinary team, you will provide support to individuals with complex mental health needs. Your responsibilities include proactively managing challenging behaviours, promoting a PBS model approach, and working with individuals who have forensic needs and increased risks. Individual preferences for day or night shifts will be considered, with part‑time and bank hours also available.
About The ServiceThe service supports individuals with long stay admissions in secure environments, rehabilitation units, forensic units, and out‑of‑area placements. This role offers an opportunity to help individuals transition to semi‑independently living and develop essential independent living skills.
What We Are Looking For- Level 2 health & social care qualification, or willingness to work towards this.
- Experience with complex mental health needs and challenging behaviours.
- Enthusiasm for making a difference.
- Self‑motivated, empathetic, dynamic, and creative within the care sector.
