HRIS & Reporting Manager

Elior are looking for a HRIS & Reporting Manager to play a key role in supporting the ongoing development, administration and optimisation of Elior UK’s HR systems. Working closely with the HR Systems & Pensions Manager and HRIS Analysts, this role ensures the efficient usage, configuration and testing of the Dayforce platform and its integrated modules;
Core HR, WFM, LMS, ATS and Onboarding. You will be instrumental in enhancing system capability, driving continuous improvement, ensuring data accuracy, and developing reports and dashboards that deliver valuable insights to the business. In addition, you will lead the CSR reporting process for submission to Groupe, ensuring compliance and consistency in all data outputs. Additional responsibilities will be managing bi‑annual Dayforce releases, ensuring all upcoming changes are reviewed, tested and communicated out to all users so that everyone can benefit from system enhancements.

Key Responsibilities System Management & Development
  • Support the HR Systems & Pensions Manager with Dayforce system administration, including configuration, testing, documentation, and rollout of new functionality.
  • Oversee and develop the HRIS Analysts to ensure a proactive and knowledgeable team.
  • Work closely with the Dayforce support team to triage and resolve issues, escalating to Dayforce as needed.
  • Maintain and enhance system content, including letters, reports, and forms, with a focus on accuracy, efficiency and user experience.
  • Support the annual upload of data such as bank holidays, long‑service awards, and colleague communications.
Reporting & Insights
  • Lead the CSR reporting process for Groupe, ensuring accurate and timely monthly and annual submissions.
  • Design and deliver new reports and dashboards that provide clear and actionable insights for HR and business stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to identify reporting needs and ensure data supports decision‑making.
  • Ensure statutory reporting requirements are met, and data governance is maintained.
  • Work cross‑functionally with HR, Payroll, Recruitment, and wider People Services teams to align processes and optimise Dayforce use.
  • Participate in review meetings and monthly calls alongside the Recruitment Manager, HRSD Team Leader, and HR Systems & Pensions Manager.
  • Keep abreast of Dayforce product developments and proactively identify opportunities to improve system utilisation and reporting capability.
Qualities & Skills
  • Strong background in HR systems, ideally with hands‑on experience of Dayforce.
  • Proven ability to extract, analyse and interpret complex data sets.
  • Skilled in Excel, with knowledge of XML and Power BI an advantage.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading and developing teams to become high‑performing, best‑in‑class professionals who deliver excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset and ability to work to tight deadlines.
  • Highly organised with a proactive, flexible and collaborative approach.
