** Key Responsibilities
*** Manage the full learning cycle—from needs analysis and design to evaluation—ensuring clear ROI and robust metrics to assess programme effectiveness.
* Deliver and enhance development experiences, including Alkegen’s in-house leadership programs, for diverse global audiences. Facilitate high-impact sessions that build cohesion, capability, and performance, and create supporting workbooks, job aids, and webinars.
* Lead the annual succession planning activity, including skills mapping and talent identification, to build a strong pipeline of ready talent aligned with current and future business needs.
* Support global strategic talent projects and ope rationalise talent identification frameworks across business units, job profiles, and regions.
* Oversee coaching and mentoring offerings, ensuring alignment with global standards and consistent quality when partnering with external vendors.
* Manage the Workday system, in partnership with the LMS Administrator, to support Performance Reviews, Talent Reviews, and Succession Planning processes.
* Prepare and analyse reports to evaluate learning activities and identify organizational successes and gaps.
* Participate in projects to support the Talent Development Team as needed.
** Skills & Experience
*** Strong facilitation skills with the ability to engage senior audiences.
* Experience managing talent systems (LMS, HRIS) and generating actionable insights from data;
Workday experience preferred.
* Experience in succession planning, skills mapping, and talent identification preferred.
* Strategic mindset with strong attention to detail and a pragmatic, solutions-focused approach.
* Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, global, and growth-oriented environment.
