We are seeking an experienced Lab Ware MD Lead with a strong pharmaceutical background to support upcoming data migration and harmonization initiatives. This role is critical to ensuring structured, compliant, and efficient migration of master data across systems, while aligning multiple sites and stakeholders under a unified data strategy.

• Work closely with identified sites to define, manage, and govern change control processes
  , ensuring full regulatory and data compliance.
• Develop and drive the data strategy
  , including creation of a comprehensive and robust data migration plan
  .
• Collaborate with sites to align on data naming conventions
  , ensure stakeholder alignment and buy-in for data harmonization
  , manage analysis naming changes, and incorporate site-specific analysis requirements while maintaining global consistency.
• Act as the primary liaison with Lab Ware, ensuring effective communication, coordination, and technical alignment.
• Provide strong leadership and direction to stakeholders, guiding and steering data migration activities to successful delivery.
• Ensure data migration activities are executed in a structured, compliant, and controlled manner across all participating systems and sites.

• Proven experience in Lab Ware Master Data (MD), ideally in a Lead or senior role.
• Strong background within the pharmaceutical industry, with understanding of regulated environments.
• Demonstrated experience in data migration and data harmonization initiatives.
• Experience with change control processes.
• Stakeholder management across multiple sites.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and influencing skills.
• Ability to balance global data standards with site-specific operational needs.
