Software Developer – Senior – Elior

We’re looking for a skilled and proactive Senior Software Developer to design, develop, and maintain high‑quality software solutions supporting our business needs. Applications are secure, scalable, and efficient while collaborating with stakeholders and agile teams to continuously improve systems, tools, and workflows.

• Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable software solutions.
• Write secure, performant, and maintainable code in line with best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and deliver projects.
• Mentor junior developers and share knowledge within the team.
• Optimize system performance and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Advocate continuous improvement across the software development lifecycle.

• 5+ years commercial .NET experience and strong Angular/Type Script skills.
• Experience building cloud‑native solutions on Azure and working with service‑oriented architecture.
• Advanced SQL skills and experience with clean architecture, DDD.
• Familiarity with Dev Ops practices (CI/CD), Mediat
  
  R, and CQRS patterns.
• Scrum experience: sprint planning, stand‑ups, and backlog management.
• Commitment to continuous improvement, code quality, and collaborative problem‑solving.
• Desirable: AI or machine learning experience, Azure infrastructure as code, Data engineering, or Databricks experience, Power Platform experience.
