Herzing University is seeking a Senior Financial Aid Advisor – Team Lead to support the Midwest Region, located onsite at one of the Midwest campuses in Brookfield, WI;
Kenosha, WI;
Madison, WI; or Minneapolis, MN.
You will administer Title IV funds, counsel students on the FAFSA, and assist in preparing and awarding financial aid while potentially guiding team activities and priorities. The role requires strong customer service, detail orientation, and the ability to manage a caseload.
