Senior Associate, Renewable Energy Capital Formation

Baker Tilly’s Development Advisory team is seeking a Senior Associate, Capital Formation to evaluate and structure renewable energy investments across solar, storage, renewable natural gas, and hydrogen technologies.

You will build and analyze financial models, assess project economics and tax attributes, and support transactions from due diligence through closing, collaborating with developers, sponsors, lenders, and tax and legal teams in a evolving regulatory landscape.
