About the Role

As ourLicensed Insurance Sales Specialist, you’ll play a crucial role in growing our agency by building relationships with clients and helping them find the right insurance solutions. You’ll work in a supportive, team-oriented environment while having the opportunity to earn commission on top of a competitive wage.

What You’ll Do:

✅ Identify and reach out to potential customers to discuss coverage options

✅ Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients

✅ Educate customers on insurance products and tailor solutions to their needs

✅ Generate & follow up on leads, referrals, and inquiries to drive sales

✅ Meet or exceed sales goals while providing exceptional customer service

What We’re Looking For:

✔ Licensed in Property, Casualty, & Life in the State of Wisconsin

✔ Sales experience (insurance experience preferred but not required)

✔ Strong communication and relationship-building skills

✔ Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset

✔ Ability to learn and explain insurance products effectively

✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn insurance systems

✔ A team player with a positive, professional attitude

What We Offer:

⭐ Competitive pay:$55,000 - $65,000 per year with commissions & bonuses, based on experience. Range is not all inclusive. Commissions are uncapped.
