INFORM3 are currently recruiting for a Site Foreman for a busy Contractor for the civils works on water/civils projects across Down.

The successful candidates will work on behalf of a client with over 40 years’ experience in the construction industry. The client places great value in completing projects on time through careful and well-planned management. The successful candidates will have a civils background and are confident in leading a team.

Civils Site Foreman Role:

• Co-ordinating and managing of subcontractors
• Ensuring work is carried out safely to the highest of standards
• Attending weekly management team meeting
• Maintaining the site diary – recording manpower levels for each sub-contractor and keeping detailed notes of all site activities
• Assisting with the control of plant and equipment on site

Civils
Site Foreman Requirements:

• 8 - 10 years+ experience as a foreman on civil engineering projects including groundworks, water, waste water and utilities.
• Extensive experience in effective management of sub-contractors
• Ability to work to tight deadlines
• Background in carpentry would be beneficial
• Excellent interpersonal skills, strong oral and written communication skills
