, a long‑established and highly respected legal practice with offices in Maghera and Coleraine, to recruit an experienced Property Solicitor (Residential & Commercial).

Serving individuals, families, and businesses across Northern Ireland for over 50 years, Mallon & Co is a firm known for its humility, respect, and genuine care – for clients, colleagues and the wider community alike.

Due to the departure of a long‑standing team member, this is a key appointment for the firm. You’ll take on an established caseload and enjoy real autonomy, variety, and flexibility

• Lead on residential and commercial conveyancing matters
• Handle commercial/corporate transactions
• Build trusted, long‑term client relationships
• Optional exposure to wills, probate, EPAs, or litigation, depending on your experience and interests

You’re a qualified NI Solicitor with 4+ years PQE
, strong experience in residential conveyancing and exposure to commercial property work.

• Confident self‑starter who can manage your own caseload
