Evidence Processing Administrator Key Responsibilities

• Reconciliation and processing of purchase invoices to a bespoke accounting software
• Filing invoices
• Approving and releasing sales orders
• Credit control and contacting customers to request payments
• Answering customer queries via telephone and email
• Monthly bank and credit card statement reconciliations
• VAT and Intrastat submission
• Processing of weekly and monthly payroll

• 5 GCSEs A-C, including English and Maths
• Excellent and proficient organisational skills and time management
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Strong IT skills, including use of Microsoft Excel
• A working, practical knowledge of an accounting software and payroll software
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
• Friendly and approachable personality
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

Previous experience within a similar role may be an advantage but not essential, as full training will be provided.
